In AP not matter who much or how little they like your gift you can only give one per day -In AP you can ride all large livestock goats, sheep, cows, etc. In AP there are a few different personalities you can get for you child no matter who you marry -You can have two kids in AP -In ToT your child looks different depending on who you marry. In AP the looks of the children are set and only their hair and eye color matches your spouse. In AP the events are all the same -When you marry in AP you get the earn ten more hearts with your spouse so you get more lines.
In ToT it ends at ten and you can't get anymore -In AP you can get accessories and outfits for your character. In AP it only goes to 4 -AP has new animals you can have as pets -In AP you get a special ticket to go on a honey moon with your spouse unless you marry one of the "special" marriage candidates -In AP "special" marriage candidates have special weddings -In ToT you can work part time at certain places.
You don't get to do anything but it does get you some money and bonus affection with the people who work there -It is easier to befriend animals in AP. In AP time stops when you are inside buildings I personally think they are both fun and have their own merits. Especially since AP time goes slower. I enjoyed AP better. Luckily it's fairly cheap, so even if I end up not enjoying it, it hasn't taken a chunk out of my wallet lol!
Thanks again! ToT all the way. In my opinion, AP was a dry, slow paced, and boring game in comparison to ToT. The only thing you get in AP is two children and better clothes, but for me, those two things do not make a game.
I prefer AP more, felt that there was more content to it than there was ToT. I'm keeping both though. I just find ToT more entertaining than AP. I don't know why, just do. Marriage Status: Married to Jack and we have a son!
I own and played both and AP is just better in it's own way. But then again I like ToT too. They are I'd recommend both :'D. I voted fot ToT. I really am enjoying it more than AP this time. I like that you can choose your lot and that when you start a new game plus you keep your money.
I was able to start a new file with over 1. I was immediately able to buy all the gold tools and all the land and really just enjoy the start of the game without worrying about money.
